NEWS
In case you missed the Webinar for Conference Focal Points in the new INDICO event registration system (for NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC)...
In order to help ECOSOC-accredited organizations become better acquainted with the INDICO registration process, DESA hosted a webinar for Conference Focal Points on Friday, 15 December 2017.

The webinar provided an overview of the INDICO system, guided participants step by step through the process of designating a Conference Focal Point and demonstrated how a Conference Focal point can review and approve participants from their organization. The webinar was attended by close to 200 participants, who were able to ask questions and provide feedback on the INDICO process.

For those unable to tune into the webinar, you can watch a recording of the presentation, as well as access the presentation slides and other materials here: http://csonet.org/index.php?menu=88
Registration for the 62nd Session of the Commission on the Status of Women, the 56th Session of the Commission on Social Development, and the 51st Session of the Commission on Population and Development is open in INDICO (the new registration platform for NGOs attending events at UNHQ)
Registration for events at UNHQ is moving to a platform called INDICO, which replaces the registration functionality of the current system, CSO Net. INDICO is an open source platform developed by CERN and customized by our colleagues at the UN Office in Geneva, where it is already used for all event registrations.

To get started with INDICO, please see the quick guide.

If your NGO is accredited to ECOSOC, you must designate up to two Conference Focal Points to manage your organization's registrations through Indico. For instructions, please see the Conference Focal Point designation guide.
